Minimum Qualifications for Emergency Medical Technician:

 Current EMT Certification

 CPR (BLS for HealthCare Providers or Equiv) Certification

 Current California Drivers License

 Ambulance Drivers License http://www.dmv.ca.gov/dl/ambu_drvr_cert.htm

 Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Required to get the ADL)

 DMV H6 Motor Vehicle Report
    (Must be original copy within 10 days of submission of application)

Minimum Qualifications for Nurses:

 Current Licensure

 CPR/BLS Certification

 ACLS or equivalent

 PALS or equivalent

 Experience in ER, ICU/CCU or equivalent critical patient care
